On the menu: Dad's Summer Salad Niçoise with Kalamata olives, local new potatoes, farm eggs, and a punchy mustardy vinaigrette.
Using seasonal, local ingredients, Gabby and her dad, will make a Summery French family favourite together. This dish is perfect to make ahead of time, and excellent to bring along on a picnic.

Chef Gabby has worked with Jamie Oliver at his cookery school, trained chefs at the Ritz in Paris, and, has most recently cooked for Her Majesty the Queen of England. She now owns and operates GourmetGab Events by Pertu alongside her husband Sommelier Gabor Bodo here in Halifax.
