Description

This "laughing for no reason" form of yoga empties the lungs of stale air and balances the different energies in your body.

Yoga can help relieve stress, improve your mental health, and promote a better immune system.


For our shared safety, participation in Library events will require attendees ages 12 and up to show Proof of Full COVID-19 Vaccination in accordance with Nova Scotia COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination.
