Welcome to the LEGO Building Club at Halifax North Memorial Library! This exciting, hands-on program is designed to foster creativity, problem-solving skills, and social interaction through the wonderful world of LEGO bricks.
- Creative Building Sessions: Each week, participants will engage in themed building challenges that spark imagination and encourage innovative designs. Themes may include space exploration, historical landmarks, dream homes, and more!
- Collaborative Projects: Children will work in teams to create larger-scale projects, promoting teamwork and communication. This collaborative effort helps develop interpersonal skills and the ability to work towards a common goal.
- Show and Tell: At the end of each session, builders will have the opportunity to present their creations to the group. This segment helps enhance public speaking skills and allows children to share their unique perspectives and ideas.
