Halloween costumes are often single-use purchases. Your child loved their Elsa costume last year, but this year they're too big for it. Or they'd rather be a Ninja Turtle. 

Bring that gently-used costume you no longer want to Musquodoboit Harbour Public Library. We'll gather them all, and on October 8 we'll have a collection of free, gently-used costumes you and others can choose from.
