Description

Are you looking for a low-impact workout? Join fitness instructor Carol Anne for a 45-minute chair fit class. 

The class will begin with a warm up, then cardio to music and resistance band training. The class will wrap up with a nice stretch. 


Beginner friendly. All materials provided. Dress comfortably.
