Drop in and join Laughter Yoga teacher, Bruce Miller, for a session to boost your mood and improve your health!

Laughter Yoga is a practice that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) to bring more oxygen to our body and brain. Laughter Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health, and strengthen the immune system.

Laughter Yoga is an accessible exercise that is suitable for all.
