Events › National Fiddling Day Concert

Come celebrate our fiddling heritage with an afternoon of tunes! Your hosts will be the Halifax fiddle band, The Farm Team. Special guests include:

• Amelia Parker, award-winning fiddling sensation from Pictou County, who has represented Nova Scotia three times at the Canadian Grand Masters Fiddling Championship.
• Chris Leslie, national award-winning recording artist who has twice been named Eastern Canadian Bluegrass Fiddler of the Year.
• Andrew Touesnard, whose performance career in films, stage, and television has spanned 30 years.

Fiddlers of all levels are invited to bring their fiddle and join in. A set list will be provided prior to the event. Dancing is encouraged!
