Description

Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises and yoga breathing, increasing oxygen to the body and brain. 

Studies have shown that the brain does not recognize the difference between real laughter and fake laughter, allowing us to benefit from this practice.

Today, there are thousands of laughter yoga clubs around the world!


Laughter Yoga is practiced while sitting in a chair. Chairs will be provided.
