Aging Actively with Halifax Dance

Description

Aging Actively classes are created to be safe, inclusive and accessible to all, including varying levels of ability, mobility, and those with any physical or cognitive limitations.

Class begins with a seated warm-up that is designed to target the effects of arthritis and joint pain, as well as to improve circulation throughout the body. Following the warmup, participants learn a variety of simple movement sequences that stimulate both the body and the mind.
