Do you want to improve your strength but not sure where to start? This session will teach you safe ways to do strengthening exercises, use different types of equipment, and how to progress these exercises safely on your own. 

Please call (902) 460-4560 (extension 1 for Bedford/Sackville) to fill out a participant physical activity screen.
