In this session, a physiotherapist explains common shoulder problems in adults over 40, how posture and daily habits affect shoulder health, and why movement is essential.

Participants will learn gentle self-checks, safe warm-up ideas, and practical tips to protect their shoulders and keep them moving comfortably.
