Not sure what to expect from university? You don’t have to figure it out alone!
University 101 is a workshop designed to help students understand what post-secondary life is really like. Participants will hear from current and recently graduated university students as they share their experiences navigating the transition from high school, managing new expectations and responsibilities, and adjusting to academic life.
The session will also explore key differences between high school and university, introduce campus resources and student support systems, and emphasize that adjusting takes time. It’s okay to feel uncertain as you enter this new chapter! No prior knowledge is required, and all students considering post-secondary education are welcome.
Registration recommended. Drop-ins welcome.
