Non-Branch Location: The Clark Kent Trail

Experience the joy of bird watching on the Clark Kent Trail. Expect an easy walk with a boardwalk and no big hills, a great experience, especially for new trail users. It runs along Governors Brook, you will see beautiful lichens and mixed forest. It's a good spot to hear wood frogs, and home to many birds including the Hairy Woodpecker, Hermit Thrush, Eastern Wood-pewee, Dark-eyed Junco, Black-capped Chickadee, American Redstart and Northern Cardinal.

Well-known bird identification expert, Fulton Lavender, will share his knowledge of bird habitats and habits while teaching you effective bird-watching and listening skills.
