Important but difficult topic. Addresses inequality and injustice face on and raised good questions.

I would suggest reading it first and making sure you are ready for the questions that will come and can answer them honestly and truthfully in a age appropriate manner.

I also recommend listening to some of King's speeches together in addition to this as his voice and message is so strong and should be heard first hand. We also listened to some songs sung by Sweet Honey in the Rock -- All for Freedom etc.

4-year old daughter picked this herself and maybe? was a little young for it? (But what is the right age? We can not hid from this).
