A gentle and illuminating look at all things “clouds.” Clouds are poetry, poetry in motion. Clouds and the sky they live in represent half the world we see. They are the decorations of the daylight heavens. The book includes scientific information (but not and overwhelming amount) about how the types of clouds form. Recommended for an afternoon of study, for clouds make the natural world more appealing.

Fantastic book - a rare combination of whimsy, amusing and amazing anecdotes, and stone cold science. Loved it.
