This is the FIRST BOOK in the author's mystery series.
Gray Whale Inn series, set on the east coast, USA.
8 total titles thru year 2018.
Recipes also included in the back of the book; and, there is also a Gray Whale Inn Kitchen book.

Author MacInerney has several other series too. Check 'em out.

another good read from this author. a mixture of food, mystery and life in new england

Good depiction of a Maine small town but one of those mysteries that relies on the main female character making stupid mistakes so a male detective can rescue her. I don't plan to read any more of these series
