Homicide detective Sigrid Harald is using all her skills to find who killed two people at a cribbage tournament using a bomb. Also injured is her partner and a Navy commander. First she has to figure out which man is the victim. Along the way she goes through changes and learns a bit more about her father's death. Short novel that is easy to read.

I've got to admit that I haven't yet warmed to Sigrid Harald, and like the Deborah Knott mysteries better. However, Margaret Maron is a very good author and writer, and I'm definitely willing to persist with any of her books or series.
