It has soy in every recipe. Stay clear of this one!
It is my favorite of the non-dairy/Vegan ice cream books. I find it easy to use and modify to try new flavors or adjust for allergens.
This would be a fantastic book if you had an ice cream maker of some kind. Thye author also details toppings and provides instructions for 'containers' such as waffle cones and brownies. Everything from vanilla to wasabi. Written by an expert.
