I will not stand for this sort of thing, call me a bigot but I am anti-LGBTQ and other gay material out there, this book should not be allowed in this child section of any libraries here in Denton.
Our society does not need to teach youth about being gay it's wrong and to my Christian rights I strongly think it is not safe for young minds and eyes to read.

This book tells you things that you might want to know about LGBTQIA. It's fresh, innovative, and informative.

James Dawson begins this book by saying it is for everyone, but the intention is to be a guide to young LGBT people. Most of the book serves as assurance to LGBT youth that there is a large community for them out in the world. There are certainly sections in the book that give helpful advice. The book isn't as comprehensive as it aims to be, with most of the book focusing on cis-gendered gay men. There are also parts where Dawson says that certain stereotypes are true, and that's a troubling statement for a book that is supposed to be celebrating individuality and fighting for equality.

I cannot believe this is what our world has come to. Trying to justify something that is so inhumane.
