Definitely not one of her best works. I found the protagonists insipid, shallow and unbelievable as being teenagers. I also found the depictions of the police as incompetent offensive. I've slogged my way though this but would not recommend it.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the characters and found myself reading until 1am or 2am because I couldn't put the book down! I agree with the other comments that this book probably is geared more to young adults. Also, the book doesn't have as many twist and turns in the plot like the Peter Decker and Rina Lazarus series where the case doesn't get solved until the very end. In 'Killing Season', the main plot ends and there is still about 40 pages to tie up loose ends, and about 20 of those pages do not really serve a purpose. However, I still really enjoyed this book and have re-read some chapters because the book was that good!

Definitely a YA book...too long...very disappointed in an author who I usually enjoy. Don't waste your time.

Faye Kellerman never disappoints, and I was not disappointed in this one at all. in fact I would love to see some of these characters again down the road.

Very disappointed -- this is basically a Young Adult book, not adult at all.

I was on the waiting list for a few months- I was thrilled when I finally picked up this book! But this book really disappointed me. I was expecting another great read and it was not very interesting! Really disappointed....
