Personally, I really don't like Pilates but I "try" to incorporate some because I know of its benefits...especially for the abs. I like this DVD because it's not grueling, but allows you to target certain trouble areas. Plus, the choreography is not too difficult...I just wish I was much more flexible in certain parts though.
